The Bogey Club originated in 1948 in St. Louis, Missouri, and later featured at the legendary Frontier Room Restaurant.
Combine, chill, and toss all. Garnish with julienne of Swiss cheese. Add sliced grilled chicken breast or diced baked ham for a complete entree.

Iceberg Lettuce, prepared the same way as the Romaine
